HORSEDAY BBQ ROSTER

The BBQ roster is designed to share the workload amongst all families.  

If you have any problems meeting your roster commitment, please arrange a swap with another family.

List of Duties

•  1.       Week before Horse day ring Cathy Boller 9979 3571 to confirm what supplies are available and expected numbers

•  2.       Buy fresh ingredients for BBQ lunch (numbers range from 40 -60). Budget for $3.50 per person

•  3.       Provide cordial in large containers (in cool room) and deliver (with cups) to the round yard for morning tea (10.00 am).

•  4.       Cook BBQ/ serve salad for serving at 12.30.

•  5.       Wash up, clean up round yard area and return all utensils
