As accommodation
credits will be running very low for some of you, it is timely to remind everyone
of the “payment-upon-departure” rule.
In the absence
of credits, all accommodation and other charges, such as horse rides, must be
settled by way of cash, cheque or credit card prior to departure , exactly
as was done before the introduction of accommodation credits.
The Valley office is open Sundays between 02:00 and 04:00 PM to receive payments.
However,
should this be inconvenient for you or in the event that the Manager is not
available at the office for some reason please do leave a cheque (with member’s
name and cabin number on the reverse) OR leave your credit card details with
your key in the key box. Those details should be considered safe considering
only staff members have access to those key boxes.
In order to minimize administration as well as postage please note that payment of agistment might as well take place prior to departure also .
Finally please
do consider giving your credit card details to Hidden Valley staff so as to
further minimize their workload of mailing out any other invoices.
Please do
remember that HV is your Valley and that anything to facilitate
our cash flow and cost reduction is in your interest.
