MEMBER APPLICATION TO RIDE FORM

 

You have no doubt been following the series of INSURANCE HOTLINES issued this week and watching the steadily improving situation. One of the conditions of this improved cover is the requirement by the Insurance Company for every rider to sign the attached APPLICATION TO RIDE FORM. You will note it is applicable to trail bikes as well as horses. It is essential this form be signed before any member is permitted access to the horses or bikes.

 

Instead of raising a new form for each ride (as was the previous condition) we are now able to accept a single form, which will be valid “until further notice”.   After initial signing, the form will be held on file. To simplify what could be a very cumbersome, onerous administrative burden on the Manager and his staff, we require every member of your family (yes – I’m afraid you did read that correctly) every member of your family to complete one of these forms. This will enable us to compile a register, so at a glance, the Manager or Trail Ride Supervisor knows who can go on a ride and who cannot. The idea is that even if you’re not riding now you may wish to sometime in the future and the paperwork is already done Likewise with Trail Bikes.

 

Put simply NO FORM – NO RIDE.

We are providing you with this copy in advance so you and your family can complete them before arrival at the Valley, thereby preventing a bottleneck situation with everyone scrambling to fill them out just before the ride. It should be presented at the Valley Office for registration and filing in advance.
