Bookings for periods of high demand (school and public holidays) may be regulated by use of a contention system. Email, fax and phone booking attempts before 7.00 am on a designated 'booking day' will be ignored and thereafter all booking attempts will be processed in strict order according to time received. Online booking is strongly recommended for high demand periods.
